CoRIDE Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CoRIDE website and mobile application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

CoRIDE is a digital technology platform. We provide an AI-driven interface that matches users for shared commutes and connects them with Third-Party Providers (ITC-licensed taxi fleets and authorized limousine companies).

Important: CoRIDE does not provide transportation services. The physical transportation is provided by independent, licensed third-party contractors.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Professional Tier: Users must provide valid verification (Employer/University ID) to access restricted corporate corridors.

4. Use of the Platform

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of UAE laws.
  • Resell or attempt to commercially exploit the AI-batching data.
  • Interfere with the security features of the Platform or the Asateel tracking integration.

5. Payments and Cancellations

  • Fares are calculated based on the AI-optimized shared route and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).
  • Payments are processed via secure, third-party encrypted gateways.
  • Cancellation fees may apply if a ride is cancelled after a licensed vehicle has been dispatched.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • CoRIDE is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of the Third-Party Providers (Taxi/Limo drivers).
  • CoRIDE is not responsible for any personal injury, death, or property damage resulting from a ride, as these are covered by the licensed fleet’s mandatory commercial insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, "CoRIDE" branding, and software are the exclusive property of CoRIDE. Unauthorized use of our AI-batching logic is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts of Abu Dhabi.
